Condition H

The Sebastian Ferrero Foundation met with the leadership from University of Florida College of Medicine and Shands HealthCare to propose implementing Condition H, a patient activated rapid response team. The Foundation learned about this successful patient safety program from the Josie King Foundation.

Shands HealthCare implemented Condition H in August 2008.
